This notice describes personal data processing on the Club Sailing platform (yacht clubs, owners and event entrants). For clubs: email, club name and phone are used to create the account, manage subscription and service communications. For owners: registration data (identity, boat, contacts) is processed to manage event participation; the organizing club is an independent controller for racing purposes. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or for technical providers (e.g. hosting). You may request access, correction or deletion via the organizing club or Club Sailing support. Privacy is not uploaded per event: it remains available on this page in your selected language.
